First time ordering from PSA. The build quality was great and comparable to what I've seen from larger vendors. Everything appeared to be aligned and secured well. Shipping times were good for me. I believe the overall value was good, especially considering the current demand.

My order was an in stock item with a possible 10 day shipping window, my order arrived within 2 days, expertly packed damage free and complete. If it’s parts or complete packages you’re looking for this is the place to get them, I never spoke to a soul just a complete online purchase. You won’t be disappointed

Terrible customer service. Called concerning an order that shipped 2 weeks ago and all they could tell me is that they don’t work for UPS. Not “let me call and find out what’s taking so long”.

I have used palmetto for over 6 years now and after today's incident I will never use them again. I am a federal correctional officer in CA and having to deal with my states laws are already B.S. enough. I attempted to purchase a pistol off of Palmetto's site today. In the State of CA I am legally able to purchase this pistol since I fall under their Law Enforcement exemption. However, Palmetto tells me that they will only ship to Local P.D., Deputy Sheriff's, and State police in this state. The fact that I already have to deal with a restricted state and now am further oppressed by this company is nonsense. I have made the rules fully clear to every LEO I know and they are all done dealing with this company. You guys could have easily of fixed this issue, but since you have failed to do so you will be losing a lot of business here.

Made order through Palmetto online store. This location received it and issued me the firearm. Do to rush at counter with long lines we waited for some time. I took a quick peek in the box assuming the pistol was new and left with it for home. BAD idea. Once home under my lightning I could clearly see this was NOT a new firearm. It has been fired multiple times. Powder all over the weapon. Significant scratches in 4 places. Wear on the hammer safety lever. Wear on the frame from multiple removal of cylinder. I call immediately, manager says I remember you but sorry no exchanges. Call customer service. So I did and they they sorry... no exchanges. Called the manufacturer and told we can look at it but takes 12 week turnaround. So hell no. Never will I make a purchase from Palmetto Firearms again. Clearly it's a cash grab and does not stand behind product they sold.
