I don't know what it is with this place and their sister college, Glendale Career College, but they are absolutely terrible with communication. I tried to get information about one of their programs and no one got back to me, so I started a program elsewhere. When I received a text from them asking if I was still interested, I told them that I was already taking a different course and to please remove my name from their contact list. Months later, I am STILL getting unwanted text messages from them no matter how many times I reply with \STOP\ The lack of professionalism is truly unbelievable.

I enjoyed the experience at North-West College at West Covina , I recommend this school. I took the Medical Assisting program with Mrs. Ochoa, best teacher she's very helpful, explains everything very well and detailed. She is caring towards her students and always wanted the best for us. NWC has given me the opportunity to have a better future and career. I am very appreciated, with Elizabeth from career services, she's very understandable, and is concerned with the job sites she sends you too. Overall very thankful with this school.
