I was there last night and it was AMAZING. Really glad this place survived 2020. They have spaced out outdoor seating with heaters. Food quality hasn't dropped. We got two all you can eat premium options and it was worth every penny. Meat and sides hit the spot. Thanks for everything! Cant wait to go back

DONT COME TO THIS RESTAURANT meat here taste not fresh. The green tea they offer us just water with macha powder on the top. Everything is bad. I’ll never come here again and if I can I’ll give them 0 star.
My first experience was great and amazing. The second, we experienced the rudest unknowlegable hostest. Just plain rude and unwilling to let us know the wait time for a table. She basically told me in so many words I wasn't going to be eating there today.
I placed an order on the phone I ordered 1 dinner for 2 I also ordered extra large one angus beef and extra large one lamb. I get my food take it home and they gave me the small size of both the lamb and beef. We call them to which they do not answer the phone So we look see that they don’t close til 10 so we decide to head back no big deal we will pick it up. We pull up at 9:30 and see the employees walking out of the restaurant 30 min before closing and now we have broth but no meat and they are closed tomorrow thank you for the poor service.
28 for regular, 34 for premium, really good price. Food materials are fine for this price. But this time the service was far worse than before. All waiters and waitresses are weirdly turning down the heating power as soon as possible, then ignoring re-ordering or adding soup. In this plaza, I still recommend this all-you-can-eat.
First of all. With the pandemic going . I feel really sad for all businesses owners. Decided to come out to support local businesses around my area . Found this Ten Shabu on google and give it a try. The Plaza itself so empty and look so sad. Most of the businesses in the plaza is closed . Probably most of the businesses around here already went bankruptcies I can tell. Anyway, order there special house hotpot for Togo per waitress recommendation . Meet was fresh and hotpot itself was delicious ! Can’t complain there . Especially with pandemic still going on . I was thinking probably old meet left over night but that not seem to be the case here . I would highly recommend this place if you feel like some hot soup to fill up your stomach during this cold weather!
Probably one of the best ALL YOU CAN EAT shabu joints I've been to. The ponzu sauce was on point citrusy and not sweet. The meat was really good. Due to COVID everything is served in disposable plates. But that's fine with me. They even have Wagyu beef. They also have seafood options. Delicious !
The quality of food here is amazing and the service is great. I’m always excited to eat here
