I had an anxiety attack and the West Covina Fire Department went to my home. They were extremely professional and very calm when I needed them to be. They made sure I was ok. I later had to go to the emergency room because the anxiety didn't subside and I saw them there. They were as professional and helpful as they were when I saw them earlier. Those men need a raise!
I did not feel respected with dignity. The EMT guys were just laughing when I had a gallbladder attack, which felt like a \knife in the stomach\. Then they asked me the same question over and over with different wording. They did respond quickly though and at least the paramedic guys werent going full Krusty.
Absolutely love, the Explorer program my son Jadan Florence had so much fun, he's still considering the option of a firefighter as a career
