Luke, Ashley and the entire staff are just wonderful. They sized us up for vests and delivered the kayaks right to a lake for our 2 day booking. They are the go to place for Kayaks, hands down. We had a terrible experience with the two other places we called. Bass River Kayaks was not only cheaper, but they were up front with all costs and prices and their friendly customer service is icing on the cake! This is THE place to go for your kayak and Paddle board rental if you want a great, friendly experience, excellent value too!!

Great service from super friendly staff/owners. They get you in the water fast so you can enjoy! The kayaking is great and can be made easier if you consider the tide going out/coming in. There are several places to stop along the route that they give you.

The staff here was helpful. They were honest and told me that I shouldn't kayak in the wind and I took their word. Didnf go kayaking but they were nice.

My husband, myself and our 3 kids ages 14, 8 and 3 rented kayaks here and had a very positive, professional and educational experience with the staff. They made things easy to understand for us considering we had no previous experience. I'm giving 4 stars only due to wishing that we'd been informed better regarding the difficulty of paddling against the tide coupled with windy conditions. We weren't able to make it very far up the river at all. We had fun never the less. I would go again, but only during high tide as we also bottomed out in several places.

It's a good ride for 90 minutes and the guide was knowledgeable. It's good particularly if there are little kids along with you.
