A man down the street from my home was selling a trailer that originally came from this company, John Stanisewski signed the paper work on its sale but not to the guy down the street from my home in NY. This raised red flags in my head, so I began to research it before buying it. I couldn't get through to NY DMV, and was getting no where so I looked up Tri-state Truck & Trailer, the man who answered the phone was in fact John, who had originally sold this trailer. I found John to be amazingly helpful. Considering he fully understood that I was not going to him to buy a trailer, I was truly amazed at how much he cared to help explain in DETAIL all about how transactions like this are done in MA. He even went into insurance for such a trailer and what could be involved. So knowing full well, as I told him, that I did not plan to buy a trailer from him, he still treated me like a loyal customer. I have dealt with many companies in my life time, I'm 61 years of age, and it is rare you can get someone to help you like this even if you have spent thousands with a particular company. If you live at all close to this company, and you buy somewhere else, I would truly say you are doing yourself a HUGE disservice. I can not say enough about this man. If your in his area, go here and ask for John. If he treats someone he knows he will never make a sale to so kindly as he did me, just imagine how great he will be to someone buying from him. No, I was not paid to post this, I have never been to this company, I do not know John, and in no way am I being compensated for this post. At my age, I just want people to know about great folks like John that are out there to help us. I tell businesses this, I can buy items all over, local, distance, internet, but I cant buy good service, that one has to search through companies, to find good folks like John. Thank you John for all your help.
