I used M7 to help a client get to and from a medical appointment. I scheduled the appointment and pickup time a week ahead and to be honest, I was very stressed about them showing up due to the amount of negative reviews with this issue. The driver arrived exactly on time and took my client to his appointment. The only issue I had was that I had put in the notes for the driver to wait for my client to be done with his appointment and then take him back to his destination. When I originally called to make the appointment a week ago, I was told I couldn't prepay the appointment over the phone because it was less that 15 miles and I had to do it in the App. So, I booked it through the app and put in the notes to the driver, to wait for my client. The driver didn't wait. I called M7 and the lady I spoke to told me she would call dispatch and have the driver return to the destination and wait for my client. I waited about 15 minutes and I didn't receive any notification about the driver arriving and waiting. I called M7 back and I got a different representative. He told me that I have to schedule it in the app and that nobody called the driver like the previous rep said she would when I called 15 minutes prior. Fortunately, when I went into the App, it showed that the wait time for a driver was only 7 minutes. I booked the return trip and my client was picked up promptly to return to his destination. Overall, a little bit chaotic and I wish I got the same answer from everybody so I could have been more prepared but luckily, the driver was on time and we got our round-trip doctor visit fulfilled. Next time, I will call to confirm all details after booking through the App so I do not run into any issues likes this along the way. I am thankful for M7 as they are the only company I could find in the area that is offering Wheelchair Accessible rides to people at a reasonable rate. I will be using them again.

worst company ever over 10 rides yes 10 rides either late or no show very irresponsible and when you talk to a supervisor only thing they say is we're sorry there is nothing we can do we are trying to find a ride when rides a booked days in advance excuses,excuses until someone misses a really important doctors appointment yes appointments have a time frame had one at 3:00 pm its 4:00 pm and no metro then PCP drops you for failure to appear ...i think medical plans who cover rides with this company should have a look at the quality of service because medical appointments are very important and can cost someones life due to missing important doctors appointments due to they're incapability of providing the right service to customers lets see if i can get an answer here from a supervisor saying what are the reasons for the constant failure to provide adequate customer service for paying customers........
Mutiple lateness they call you to confirm a pick up and never show on time they treat veyo drives like they don’t matter I have gotten into a near accident
Driver with your company (Plate #T00160T) sat at a traffic light and waited for 3 green lights to come and go before proceeding. Not sure if he was asleep at the wheel or just distracted but unprofessional nonetheless.
