My new iPhone froze and none of the ordinary fixes like shutting down to restart would help. I was panicked as it was 5:30PM on a weeknight. One phone call and one short trip over to Ivpfix and all my problems and worries were resolved in minutes. These are nice, competent people who provide a real service to the greater West Hollywood area. I will sleep better at night knowing that when the nightmare of a frozen IPhone happens again, I have a place to go. Thank you Ivpfix.

AVOID. AVOID AVOID. Read further for details. First phone I brought in for repair, iPhone 7 Plus, the replacement screen was low quality. The colors way different from Apple and lower resolution after he pitched me originally on how good the screen was and how I couldn't tell a difference which was a complete lie. Within a few days it was glitching on me. After his refusal to replace it at no charge with a new screen, I had to take a screen video to record the glitches and show him when they happened. Finally after going out of my way, he gave in and replaced the screen Since he made good on the first screen, I decided to bring two more phones in because he offered me a good price. Since I was trading them in, I was more concerned with the price than the quality of the screen. What a mistake. I should have never gone back. One phone had no issues, other than the obviously cheap knockoff replacement screen. The other phone when I got it back, the volume buttons no longer worked! I know for a fact they were working before. Gary's response, tough luck, 50-100 to fix. Are you kidding me? You break my volume buttons and then try to charge me to fix it? I watched him fumble around with my phones for almost two hrs as I came back and forth from Whole Foods and other shopping. He told me 20 more min at least three times while he has my phones open in what other shops take 10 min to do. He either didn't know what he was doing (most likely) or possibly changing out my parts or doing who knows what. All I know is he had my phones open for way longer than it should have taken to fix it, and when I got it back, the volume doesn't work. Good business would be to fix your mistakes. This guy does not know how to run a basic business with common sense customer service. SAVE YOUR TIME. GO TO A DIF IPHONE REPAIR SHOP. AVOID AVOID AVOID. SCAMMER

This place is AMAZING!!!!! OUTSTANDING service!!!! I dropped my iPhone 7 in the middle of the busiest street in Weho -Sunset & Crescent Heights. I didn't realize I had lost it until an hour later. When I found it the phone and protector screens were cracked and smashed from end to end and the metal that covers the home bottom at the bottom was twisted. In addition rock or metal had been compressed into the screen to form small impact craters. On a wonderful recommendation I was told to take it to IVP FIX. The next day I dropped by and explained what happened. After asking me a few questions they gave me an inexpensive estimate and promised to do what they could. They were optimistic. I was not. I came back less than an hour later and my phone was waiting for me. It looked like NEW and it worked great! They fixed it, cleaned it, replaced the screen and put a new screen protector on it. I literally could not believe it was the same phone that I brought in. They have a customer for life with me. I only wish these guys did auto repair work too! Ask for Vlad. -You will be very happy you did. You guys are the best!
