The company was very professional from start to finish. They quoted me a fair price for the entire project. It went very smooth from contract signing to the final install. They will walk you thru every aspect of operating and maintaining the generator. Special mention to Nikki and Julianne who was helping us in every step on the install. WOW, where do I begin. Nikki St Mary in the sales department came out to my non profit special needs animal Rescue last month. We were in the market for stand by generator for power outages to maintain proper care of the animals in the event of power failures in the future. Nikki really knew her \stuff\, very professional and knowledgeable. We could not afford the current prices at the moment (although very fair), we are a struggling Charity with alot of bills and no funding. Nikki went out of her way to reach out to the owner and ask if anything could be done. Low and behold, they happened to have a generator that a customer turned in and upgraded. 1 Stop Generator offered to donate it in perfect working condition to our Rescue for our special needs animals to be comfortable ! INCREDIBLE ! What a generous donation that we are so grateful for. Fabulous customer service and professionalism at this Company and I highly recommend ! This company is the best! My experience started with Nikki coming out to the house for an estimate. With budget being one of my biggest concerns she found the perfect system for me. They were able to customize a portable generator to run off of natural gas so I never run out of fuel. Saved me thousands and thousands. Codi was fantastic at communicating the schedule and the install team for electrical and gas were on time and professional. The final step was having Jared come out to the house to show me how to use it all. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and even wrote instructions on my panel for me. He also suggested I take a video of him showing me how to change the oil! Genius! Highly recommend them if you're looking for whole house or portable power! Top notch pricing, service, and expertise!
