Small Business owners are what run this entire country! It's what America was built on! You pay for a service and you would at least at a minimum expect that the other entity involved would own up to their end of the deal. Not the case from Buckeye Plumbing and I would run not walk and turn away from these people immediately! We own a business & hired Mr. Gullium (Owner of Buckeye Plumbing) to install a hot water heater . Hot water installed no issues until literally the month after the warranty expired the hot water heater begins to have its problems. No no need to argue with them understood so we naturally reach out them for service and then all hell breaks loose from there on! Will not go into all the semantics but feel free to reach your own conclusion as you will see a brief history via recent invoices beginning from late 2017 of (5) service calls for the same hot water heater issues which we have paid for out of pocket to only have the same hot water heater installed by Buckeye Plumbing SHUT DOWN by the utility gas company itself because of continuing problems! BUCKEYE PLUMBING DOES NOT HONOR THERE SERVICE CALLS AT ALL!!!! Thanks Kevin for all of your hard work! NOT!!!!!

1st time using this company and couldn't be happier! They came to our Equestrian Estate in a timely manner, diagnosed and fixed the issues quickly. The service technician was professional and knowledgeable and could think outside the box to resolve the problem. Would highly recommend!

We originally reached out to buckeye plumbing to repair our water heater in 2015 when they said it would be best to replace with a new water heater. We replaced the water heater and fast forward to October 2020 when said new water heater begins having issues. It took well over a month (late November and 2020) for buckeye to fix the issue which was a simple replacement of the heating coil that cost an arm and a leg even with a warranty. Now one month (January 2021) later the “repaired” water heater is no longer working. We have called buckeye today and they “have no one available to fix the issue today” and state that no hot water with two small children is indeed not an “emergency” situation. Aside from this water heater fiasco we reached out to buckeye in early December to address a bathroom flooding situation on a toilet they repaired 2 years ago and they were unable to send a tech out that day even though flooding is clearly an emergency. I do not recommend buckeye and will absolutely not use them in the future; their poor customer service to loyal customers has caused them to lose any of our future business.
