I had a nice consultation with Trudy but later when I questioned her price per hour and asked if I could organize with her ( like an assistant) to help defray costs but add more rooms she rudely cancelled my appointment. Trudy stated she had other clients and never answered my question about working with her on my house. I didn’t mean to insult her but if one is in the service business one should expect negotiations.
