It's a shame . The only good thing there was the instructor of the classes....but that might have also been because they were selling me a 600 gun. Once I bought the gun , I went to pick it up and I asked for help so I can get everything else needed goggles, earmuffs, safety box, etc. I felt rushed all the way through. My friend who had also taken the course with me came also to buy a gun and she didn't even want to do business with them just because she got upset at the customer service being rendered. Spoke to the manager about it he said they are really busy selling. Weeeellll thats what I was there for. Got my gun and will never go back. Buying everything else somewhere else. After spending a total of over 900 dollars between one on one class, concealed class, and gun, I think asking for 10 to 15 min of your time to walk me through the extras of what I need is the minimum. Not to mention its the responsible safe thing to do. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. UPDATE: Same day I went to Gun World of South Florida. They were just as busy yet they were able to sell me all the things I needed while explaining what they recommended and why. This included goggles , earmuffs, rounds, home safe, car safe, carry holster, scheduled a class, practiced in the range. How busy a store is should not reflect their service. If you are busy , then say something to the effect of \ give me 10-15 min so I can help you with what you need\ . Not say can I help you and then when I express I need help getting the accessories you are not able to walk me through the buy. How is it not the time to ask questions of what you are buying?! Again , I really hope you take the feedback, but it seems you are more in defensive mode. \u200d️. You lost a loyal customer.

I have been searching EVERYWHERE for a specific handgun, and through the luck of the internet - I was connected with Guns and Range by their wonderful employee, Dave. He and I talked a few times over the phone, texted, and just geeked out over different types of guns. I thought that this was all too good to be true, especially when he said he had multiple of what I was looking for in stock. I worked with him for about a day to find just exactly what I needed and then we got the deal done. He connected me with Candace and the customer service was just outstanding with her as well. She was very personable, and made sure that I was getting exactly what I needed. It was 330pm and she told me she was going to have my firearm out the door via FedEx to my FFL by 5pm. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Amazing. Here I sit, just 2.5 days later with my Unicorn gun in my hand. I cant thank you guys enough, and can be sure I will be back.
