The ladies working here are super polite, very fast & accurate. They just helped out boy scout troop 545 with counting over 20,000 cans/bottles from a fundraiser drive last week. I was so shocked they had it all counted within a few days. **They don't have a bag limit and didn't turn me away even though I packed the entire store wall to wall, floor to cieling with bags of cans for them to count. 10/10 doing my next fundraiser here!

This place has really gone downhill the last few times I've visited. There was a sign on the door stating \won't accept more than 20 worth of returns.\ I can understand why they're doing that but isn't the whole existence of this place to take as many cans as possible? I ended up returning 22 worth of cans thanks to the worker who was by himself. One worker counting cans is a disaster. It creates a line of impatient people. Tons of people walked in with cans only to immediately leave. My last visit I saw multiple cars leave the parking lot. I get to the door and it was locked. There was a sign on the door that said \gone for lunch - 12:30 to 1\. It was 11:15AM... I had to take 25 worth of cans to Consumers. If you want to make enemies, take more than 10 worth of deposits to a beer store. I've called multiple times to confirm hours, no one picks up. Someone at Consumers said they may be going through ew ownership\ or a renovation. Either way they need to fix this place.
Website said this business is open and so did the hours on the door when I went there...however it was closed. Said it is open until 4 pm on Saturdays and I was there at 3:15. Nothing worse than thinking time will be saved going to this business only to have to go to the grocery store and standing putting in bottle returns which seems like FOREVER. Bad job
I dropped off a few bags of can and the man said it would need to be a drop off because he was closing in and hour. Hello there was no one in the store. Now, every time I go to collect my cash the store has been closed. I have called several time and left messages but no return call.
The staff is very organized and nice. Taking my bottles and cans back here has always been a good experience. The associate Trevor took care of me and i was very pleased with how nice and efficient he was. I would recommend this place to everyone.
