I drive in for state inspection, car was in perfect condition. They inspected the car everything was good. I didn't check the car after inspection, after 1 mile when I parked at my job parking lot I observe that my tail light is broken and bumper is scratched. I went back and service manager said that somebody hint me. However, I was not hit by someone else on my way. Manager said that is not their fault and he would not be able to check cameras , and it is impossible to be happen at their shop. He was not willing to solve this situation. I just bought this car from their dealership one week ago. It makes me so sad.

Unfortunately, I will never use your service again. I was quoted 1,900 for my complete brake job. Then when all the work was completed I was informed that the bill was 2,700. That was totally ridiculous. When I questioned the bill the service rep said maybe we made a mistake. I can’t imagine if I didn’t question the ridiculous amount. After questioning bill it was reduced by 300. Still ridiculous. I then said I called Hoffman Audi Service to compare prices for the parts and your prices were much higher. I would have expected the service manager to match the price, but they didn’t. I know for a fact Audi parts are overly inflated because my uncle works for Hoffman Lexus. I will be sure to tell my fellow Audi friends to stay away.
It was wonderful! Efficient service, comfortable waiting area as well as being offered water, and coffee! Very nice and I am very pleased with the staff.
Took my audi in for a repair, great customer service and also a great environment to be in. Eddy was a great help and had my car cleaned . I would recommend this place to anybody.
They are nothing but helpful. I went to Father and Son's because searching for cars I looked through their lot, although I didn't buy any vehicles I liked their friendly staff. I now have an appointment with Father and Sons for my vehicle and will update. Ok, will not take my vehicles anywhere else.

If I could give a minus star I would. The people are rude and they lie. If you are wanting horrible service and horrible work and have someone be rude to you then this is definitely the place to go.
