We have an SUV and the previous owner told us that the factory remote starter wasn’t working. I still gave it a shot and tried using the remote starter to no avail. So finally, after a few years of owning the SUV we decided to have a new remote starter installed. We dropped it off at SoundFX Warwick last night and they were supposed to have it done the following day by 5:30 pm. We were shocked however, when we received an early call from one of the associates, Zach. He told us that there was no need to install a remote starter on our SUV because the factory starter was working. What we (and the previous owner) didn’t know is that there is a simple button sequence on the remote that has to be performed in order for the starter to work. All this to say, we really appreciate the honesty of the SoundFX team. They could have easily just installed a new starter and not tell us about the factory starter working. We have had a few starters installed on other vehicles in the past at SoundFX Warwick, and we have always been pleased with their work. But today, they earned our trust. You don’t see this kind of work ethic that often anymore, but we’re so glad we got to see it today. We also want to give a big shout out to Zach! Thank you for your sincerity, and for the respect you show your customers. I’m sure the owners will be pleased to know how well you represent their company. Keep up the great work!

Went to Sound FX on route 2 in Warwick to have a remote starter installed. I had a great experience here. I called to schedule the appointment a couple week earlier on the phone. I spoke with Zach, he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. On the day of my appointment, I showed up at the scheduled time, spoke with Zach again (in person this time) about some questions that i had about the product and installation procedure, and again he was very knowledgeable and easy going. The crew at sound FX was respectful of my time and was able to get my truck done ahead of schedule, which I really appreciated. I feel like they did a great job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks Zach and SoundFX crew!

I brought my car in to have an issue with the automatic starter checked out. SoundFX had installed the starter for me about 8 years ago. It was ready quickly and John said they just needed to reset something and there would be no charge! They easily could have charged me for this and they didn't. Honesty and integrity! Amazing customer service by John and the SoundFX team. I will definitely come back and highly recommend SoundFX! :)

Hello, I went to SoundFX last week for a remote start installation. I called them 1 week before and asked them what was the full price for a OEM remote start and if they charge me taxes. I was told the remote start for my vehicle cost 259 plus 7% taxes. On 9/26/2020 I brought my car to them and ask them again about the price and I was told the same thing. When the car was ready and I went back to pick it up, I paid them thinking it was 259 plus 7% taxes. Immediately, I checked my receipt and I see a 10 shop supplies fee. I asked them why am I getting charged an extra 10 dollar when I wasn't aware of it. They told me this is how they work and other places do the same. That they charged a fee for shop supplies. But what got me mad was the rude response and the money charged to my card without me knowing about it. I have been to other places when I used to live in Providence and they Don't do this to you.
