Free EV Chargers (though only the L2 was working), nice grass areas and a playground/park. Visitor center gift shop isn't open on weekends unfortunately. Seems odd since most visitors would be there on weekends.

Mask POLICE!!

They want to discriminate you for not being able to wear a mask. Ther is no one in there, the fake C.D.C. Policy states if there is 100 or more people, can't maintain 6' apart then put a diaper on uour face is Request. Then also there are medical expmtion as well.

West Wendover Visitors Center was amazing. The lady we talked with was very helpful. BUT, the rest of people we came in contact with in West Wendover were not very friendly. No smiles and questions were answered with "no" or "nope"

Stop here and enjoy a respite from that seems like never ending drive across the salt flat. Lovely place for a stretch and a picnic. Great playground for the kids.

Thoroughly enjoyed the visit, a virtual 'show and tell' of trinkets and stories. Not a question that couldn't be answered with perfect clarity and back stories of the air base, race course, Wendover Will sign, points of interest, history, and mystery.
