Great Location, Rent is Subsidized so its low income restricted. Old buildings, not so much maintained, thru an old guy for repairs, whom has been there for 2 decades. Community management is old school, so you need to be careful in dealing with especially if your black like me. Overall it is not a fancy community, but it has a great location and the rent is subsidized if you are low-income.

The location is nearby to GMU if you work or study there. Its a low income community so you need to qualify. Its an old non fancy community like living in your own home. I would not go for it unless you have a low income.
Living here for 4 years, I can say this place is very well maintained. In all 4 seasons, the maintenance staff is taking care of every little detail. This goes from snow removal and leaf blowing, to working hard to make sure that every maintenance request is promptly addressed. The manager is always very welcoming and happy to go the extra mile in assisting the tenants. The community is very friendly and community events are hosted every now and then. The rent is reasonable. The location is very safe and is close to major roads. Highly recommended.
