My husband and I are avid snowmobilers in Minnesota owning our own Polaris machines, and had always wanted to ride in West Yellowstone. I was lucky enough to know a retired senior editor of Snowmobile Magazine, and he recommended that I contact Travelers Polaris Snowmobile Rental. Reservation Specialist Lisa at Travelers set up everything for our trip in early January, 2021 -- rental sleds, hotel and a day riding in Yellowstone National Park . We opted for a guide our first day of riding. Our guide Jayson was very experienced and took us to some pretty amazing sites. All of the staff members were professional, helpful, very knowledgeable and efficient. Our machines were new and handled well. Our guide Jayson & Issac of Travelers mapped out another great day for us to ride on our own. Travelers was very convenient when staying at the Days Inn next door -- I could see my rented sled ready & waiting for me in the morning right from my window. We had such a wonderful and great experience -- all thanks to awesome recommendations and plans provided by the staff at Travelers. We will definitely go back!

Our nineteen year for winter activities in West Yellowstone and our second year with Travelers. Lisa is great to deal with as she is a breathe of fresh air compared to some of the others we have dealt with in the past. It is without hesitation that I would recommend them for your activity needs. Great people, great service for a great time!

We had a blast and would highly recommend Travelers! We rented 3 of the 550s. They were brand new! They were plenty fast for us! I’m not sure why you would want to go faster. LoL Mine peaked out about 60, and the trail speed limit was 45. The trail system outside of town was very easy to navigate on our own. Plenty of trails! We rode hard all day and Never went down the same trail twice. We never needed it, but I was glad I had the insurance. 20 with 1000 deductible. These were nice machines and I’d hate to buy one!

What an awful experience, rented two sleds for a couple days. Neither sled was as described on the website, and they both ran poorly. Couldnt go off trail, really a bummer. Told the owner and he couldn’t have been more disinterested. Would not recommend doing business here, plenty of other places to rent. Don’t rent from these guys

Had an amazing tour and time! I would do it again if I could. Even though it wasn’t sunny we went to al the spots high up and imagined what the view would be like. The “ghost” trees were gorgeous as was everything else we saw there.

Lisa was very accommodating when we had some changes and addition to our reservation during one of the busiest weeks. I recommend renting sleds here.

Bad experience, the owner and employees are cold. The sleds are very beat up and worn out. I would not go back

Excellent snowmobiles, great staff and advice. We hired 4 snowmobiles from Travellers. They were excellent and the folks there really helpful. Great route advice.would definitely go there again!
