This studio is FANTASTIC! The instructors are inspiring and help you achieve your goals no matter your starting point. When you walk out of the room, you feel like you can do anything. The yoga itself has cured my husband's chronic back pain and exponentially improved his golf swing. For me, it has developed my core strength for support in breathing and singing. The studio is clean and spacious and the students are warm and welcoming. Cannot recommend it enough.

Since starting at Bikram two years ago I have had two car accidents and one surgery. Each time, I have had to come back slowly. Sam (the owner) has been extremely supportive and helpful: somehow, even with a full house, he manages to keep an eye on me. After class, he goes over poses that I had trouble with and helps me modify for my situation, He also helps me plan what I'm going to discuss with my Dr/PT folks: he's an invaluable part of my team. I've done lots of kinds of yoga, but find the style and approach of Bikram works best. The consistency (always the same program) allows me to challenge myself and also see my own progress.
