Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Despite a busy day, the gentleman took time to swap out my damaged cord, so I didn’t have to make a second trip. Even then, he gave me options: Riccar cord vs cost savings one. And even a choice of length. They carry an assortment of vacuum tools—the stairs have never been easier! A real gem in this day of big box stores! Many tempting choices for when we need a new vacuum.

Very helpful, we buy bags here and have had our vacuum repaired here. We also plan to buy our next vaccine cleaner her. They are so helpful knowledgeable and honest. They tell you the truth and don't just try to sell you the most expensive vacuum.

I have to give Carmen's 5 stars. I have gone to them several times now for Service repair for two different vacuums and they were honest in letting me know the company of the vacuums are responsible to fix the problems because they were under warranty. Even though it has been several years past purchase date. I appreciate the integrity and will continue to recommend them. I know they will be fair and honest.
