When I was calling around for help on an extremely personal and important issue, Kevin was the first investigator who actually took my concerns and my case seriously. I had called a few other places and no one seemed to want to take on my case, or wouldn’t give me information without scheduling a consultation. Kevin said he would meet up with me to discuss an action plan further in person (after actually listening to all my concerns!). We met at place convenient for both of us and he answered all my questions, came prepared with where he would start and took the time to make me feel comfortable with the whole process. Hiring a professional like this isn’t an easy step to take, and it is difficult to find someone who actually cares. He is extremely prompt and sends communications via email, text and phone calls. He has been extremely professional and helpful and you can tell he cares about what he’s doing- he’s not just in it for the money.
