Overall, good experience buying brand new bike. Staff was responsive and willing to hold bike for me until I arrived from out of state. Paperwork was easy. On flip side, bike wasn't prepped before I arrived with plenty of notice, new bike price was market fair nothing special, no test ride offered, would have expected VIP treatment with some goodies thrown in for the cash dropped at my visit. Felt very much like a 'get him in and get him out' mentality. Even a hat would have been appreciated....No frills or special treatment, but end of the day got the bike I was looking for.

Excellent staff and very nice facility, they were all very helpful and assisted me in purchasing my new Kawasaki ninja 650! Definitely recommend them over Flatout!

Took 6 months to get scheduled for service. Then when I finally got there they didn't have me in their books someone scribbled out my name. Then the initial quote was 500 when I got there the estimate had jumped up to 660 I said okay then they called me an hour later said it would cost 1,100 I will never go back to Westfield Yamaha again nor do I recommend it to anyone.

The man they have working in the parts depart is rude. He seriously rolled his eyes at me when I asked about a part. Well places like this don't get my business. If you dont like your job find an new one.
