I’ve never been treated so rudely at a store before. You’re employee Lana was extremely rude and made me feel un-welcomed. I’m a very loyal customer and to be treated this way is so insulting. Please train your staff more Well especially Lana. I’ll never go to this store again until Lana out.

I had purchased this hair dye from them, went home and it turned my hair a different color than what I had paid for. I had asked for my money back and all they would do is give me store credit. I spent 30 on this product and all they were going to is have me exchange it...Great customer service, won't give an unsatisfied customer their money back for something that isn't even their fault.
