I've been going to the store in Westminster since the Cerritos store closed. The people there are always pleasant. I've never had an issue with customer service. I've taken my son's student alto saxophone for service. There's never been a problem. I just purchased another alto saxophone. I'm sure to have the same great customer service and experience for many years to come.

My son and I drove over 40 miles to visit this location of Sam Ash. The store is large, clean, and well stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful without being pushy. We inevitably purchase something every time we visit, and this time was no different. I highly recommend Sam Ash in general and their Westminster location in particular

Bought a gorgeous guitar via the net & it was all it was advertised to be. The staff at Sam Ash was great. No hassle purchase. However after a week of so with it the guitar and I were just not meshing as I had hoped. Not the fault of anybody it just didn't work for me. I returned it to Sam Ash ( a different store than where it was purchased) and they handled the return quickly. The was credited to my account in less than 24 hours. Great interaction all the way around. Only disappointment was the guitar and I just didn't work out. Thanks to Sam Ash for making this whole thing easy.
