Very upset hours say they are open till 9pm on Saturday. And I am here at 6pm they are closed.

Went there to get ice cream with my 2 young kids, friend and her 2 young kids. 2 other people were in the shop having a conversation. No sign of shop workers. One of the 2 finally walked around behind the counter and seemed annoyed that we were interrupting their peace. When we got the ice cream it was crystallized. The kids didn't mind but I didn't like paying for crystalized icecream. Have been there before with good customer service and good icecream. Hope this isn't a new trend.
