We had six double hung, a bay window, a double slider, and a casement window installed by Dilworth Windows recently. We contracted with Dilworth based on the recommendation of a family member who used them in 2005. Casey came to our home to show us the products they offer. He was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process as we changed our mind a few times. He helped us make the right choice regarding type of window. We went with Sunrise Restorations windows and we could not be happier. Well built windows at a good price. The installers, Mark and Alex, did a great job and were done in a little over 2 days. Very friendly and professional. They have an eye for details; no cutting corners. They answered all of our questions and were prompt every day.

I couldn't recommend Dilworth Windows & Doors more! They were extremely professional and responsive from my initial contact with them. They kept me in the loop on the timeline for when the products would be into their warehouse and when the installation would be scheduled. Their installers were great too! I highly recommend. If you're looking to support a reliable local company, give Dilworth a call.
We could not be happier with the results of our windows from Dilworth! The team met with us multiple times in the showroom and at our home to go over the products and help us choose what was best for us. The windows installed look beautiful and professional. They spent so much extra time on a complicated bay window in our kitchen to ensure it looked perfect. The team was professional, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. They made this process so easy!
Very disappointed!! First I call to set an appointment for someone to come to my house and give an estimate to install new front entry doors. I spoke with Lynnette and she tells me they do not come out past 1:30 pm for estimates. This means I have to take off work to get an estimate, I explained that I have double front entry doors and one does not open and she is hesitant and tells me she does not know if they can do the job, but sets an appointment to have someone look at it, I am confused why you advertise that you install entry doors if you cannot do the job. Then approximately just over a week later I get a voicemail telling me she spoke with the owner Jerry and he says they cannot do the project and they are cancelling my appointment. They never even came to the house to look at it.
Honestly, I wish i was able to give 5-stars like the rest of the reviews here. My wife and I personally visited their location to inquire on patio doors, since the individual that originally came to our home is no longer there. We were greeted by Jerry Dilworth, seemed like a nice guy until I started asking questions, at which point I feel like he was talking down to me. I asked why the price of the doors were more when choosing 0% financing instead of paying by check or cc. He said I was the only person to ever ask that question. It's funny, if I was to purchase patio doors from Lowes or Home Depot, the price of the door would be the same regardless of how I paid. Same thing goes for any other large purchase i've ever made, whether it's a vehicle or furniture, price doesn't change because i choose 0% financing. Anyway, we almost walked out after being treated that way, but decided to give him a chance since we needed the doors replaced and they had 5-star reviews. Needless to say, we were planning on spending over 10k on patio doors and never received a call back or email as promised from Jerry. This is going on 3 weeks since we visited their location, and were promised a new quote the following week we were there. It's a shame, you try to give small business your hard earned money and they don't take it. I'm guessing they are overwhelmed with work and our order wasn't big enough for them.
