Today, Brian and Paul were able to find a solution for a seemingly impossible fix. We are new homeowners. The house we purchased had gas tanks from Hocon. I was referred to Gault by a friend. My first call with the people at Gault was positive. They were professional and easy to deal with. They did everything they said they would do in a timely fashion. The Gault crew showed up on time the day of the appointment, disconnected the existing tanks and installed their replacements. Clearly communicated what they were going to do from installing to testing. I am very happy to be a new Gault customer.

I was having problems with one of my thermostats and needed someone to install a new one. After doing research I contacted Gault. What an experience, I could not have been more pleased or impressed. I was given an appointment for the next day. The tech arrived early and was both friendly and professional. It turns out that somehow the emergency off switch tripped on the unit and the thermostat was perfectly fine. It was great to be dealt with honestly.
