TLDR: I only purchase meat from here & you should too. I grew up eating meat raised on my family's farm and I have lived in Denver for 5 years. I am SO happy to have FINALLY found a butcher shop the holds true to what they're marketing. I can tell that this meat is definitely raised humanely, on high quality diets, & is sustainably focused. I have been sampling their different products & cuts before writing this review and have been supremely impressed by all products. I am especially happy with their bacon, sausage, and burger. Their prices are more than fair for the quality you receive, and it is a locally owned shop! Furthermore, eating local & sustainably raised meat, IMO (& based on science) is one of the greenest thing you can do for the environment. PLEASE support the type of world you want to live in.

They have raw dog food pre packages and cut to 1 lb increments at a good price. They offer pork, beef, and chicken which is ideal so I can rotate the types of meat. What an amazing product to sell. My pup is so happy.
I thought I'd try this butcher awhile ago- as someone who was vegetarian for close to 20 years and not a big fan of meat for meat's sake, I cook meat for the craft of it more than my personal consumption. Small amounts of high quality are what I need but this didn't give me the feeling I'd be getting it. When I realized I was seeing a whole fresh section wrapped in plastic I noped out to my usual, out to Edwards.
I am not a big meat eater, but I come here for the amazing fresh eggs, occasional free range and local chicken, and best of all, Little Man icecream pints and icecream sandwiches. The customer service is excellent and you feel like you get to know the people who work there. This is a gem of a small business that everyone should support!
Fantastic family owned local butcher. I am so grateful to have found this place! The prices are excellent and the quality is fantastic. Highly recommend! Also now they are selling produce boxes. Here’s what I got today for 25.
