These guys know exactly what they’re doing. They certainly have a passion for what they do, and it showed in their workmanship. They sent over 2 extra guys for cleaning up. Very knowledgeable and down to earth plumbers. I don’t remember all there names, but Sam did the majority of the work. He figured out all the issues and took the time to explain everything with me. He’s a very professional, and knowledgeable plumber. I would recommend these guys 100%

On time, expert job, reasonable rate 220 for kitchen faucet replacement After the great job on my kitchen faucet, I tried the complete home wellness check. Furnace was cleaned and tuned up, and an overloaded circuit in my circuit breaker panel was diagnosed and repaired. Great work, great advice, and friendly courteous workers. On time, honest, and reasonable. These folks are the best!

The sump pump attached to my washer and dryer failed this morning and got water all over the floor. I called One Stop Pro as I have used them several times before for various repairs and have always been pleased with their services. They were extremely responsive, coming out the same day to install the new sump pump. I was given a window for arrival, and they were there within the specified time. They also communicated with me throughout the day narrowing down the arrival time. The service guys were professional, fast, and they left the area clean. I highly recommend this company.

Called to have the furnace & AC replaced at my mom’s house. Rob came out to evaluate the current equipment and suggested smart replacements, keeping the situation & cost in mind. Luckily, before we left the basement he did quick review of the water heater & overall plumbing. He found a crack in part of the old metal line to the sewer. I suppose he knew right away by the odor, while I thought it was because the house is just old. He also found a slow drip by the water shut off that needed repair. Had OneStop do it all over the course of 2 days. They did a great job & really cleaned up after themselves. I wasn’t sure what to expect since they had to cut up the old furnace in order to get it up the stairs & out the door. Not to mention removing a section of old pipe to the sewer. I’m happy with the very friendly service, sound suggestions, competitive price, good communication during the entire process, and their overall expertise. Would definitely use them again.
