I was very disappointed in the service at this location. I will give them the tiniest bit of credit because it was during the "Holiday Rush", but my friend and I weren't the only ones with the same problem that day. We went in and placed 2 separate orders. They told us that our orders would take about 3 hours. We ended up shopping uncontrollably at Target before returning 4 hours after ordering, giving them a whole extra hour. First they engraved my friend's order COMPLETELY wrong, and didn't even complete mine. The guy who came in after us didn't have his order completed either and the lady after him received an incorrect order. We ended up waiting an additional 30-45 minutes while they re-did my friend's order and completed mine. They did give each of us a 10 discount for the inconvenience, only because I nagged about getting something. The employees were not apologetic and the manager had a major attitude. Even if it is the holiday season you still need to do your job and keep a smile on your face, it's part of working in retail (I've done it for years). I recommend finding a different location...
