Was told one price estimate for the service and charged over 200 more without getting a phone call before doing the work. Manager called to apologize which was appreciated but that additional charge was not something I planned for. Service person I worked with was rude. Will not return to Bill Stasek.

20k checkup.. new rubber and all wheel alignment ask about a street alignment much better than track alignment for street driving...

I was met promptly asked what my needs were I explained that I was there for my fist oil change on my new truck. I explained that I had made an appointment and was going to wait for it. The service writer said that wasn't an issue and shown the waiting area my truck was serviced and they washed my truck which took me by surprise because I didn't ask for that. This is my first purchase and service at Bill Stasek Chevy and I very satisfied.

If you are looking for a great deal on a new or used vehicle, you have to go see Krystle and the staff at Bill Stasek Chevrolet! Not only did we have a great experience there coming out of this Covid-19 going on but we were treated like Gold!!!! Krystle was very accommodating on every level of customer service and very professional. She found a vehicle that fit all of our needs and gave us a great and fair deal. Jeff in financing, was very nice and made for a smooth transaction all around with the budget that we had in mind. Do yourself a favor and go visit them for your next vehicle.
