We entered a project with Situ Biosciences in 2020. The laboratory was chosen since it was the only one offering a short turn around time. Information exchange was poor, still we submitted, expecting a TAT of 4-5 weeks. After this time had passed, the conclusion of the project was put off several times. Overall, it took double the time they had commited to. Moreover, their proposal clearly offered testing in triplicate. However the report only contained the results of one replicate, and the company started to dispute the fact that it had offered triplicate (the proposal clearly states the opposite. Overalls, the results were meaningless and our company was deceived on several accounts. Definitively cannot recommend!
