We went to this place for the first time, despite reviews, because other places were booked. We were told 180 total two 90 minute massages for both of us. The massages were great, and there was no issue there at all. The issue came at the end. As soon as we were finished and went to the counter to pay, both women decided that the price was now 250 and we had to pay in cash, not card. They sent my friend to get cash from the ATM across the street at a gas station. When he came back, they told him he also needs to give them 40 as a tip- even though they just added 70 for the services. All in all, we went in for a service that was supposed to be 180 and ended up being a forced 290. I will never go here again because of how rude this was. I will be reporting this to the BBB.

Incredible experience today for couples sauna, body scrub & massage. I thought it was going to be awkward but it was FANTASTIC. I feel amazing. The spa was very clean and the women did an amazing job with the services. Highly recommend and I will be returning again!
I planned a spa day for my boyfriend, my 2 sisters & myself for today & was just disappointed. The staff is super nice but from what my boyfriend & myself experienced it was not worth the 1,000 I spent for us all to get a massage, Korean body scrub, facial & the sauna. I will start off by saying that after our time there we all had lunch & discussed our experiences. It was apparent from the start that we all had very different experiences. The woman who did the facial on myself & my boyfriend was not gentle at all. She rubbed the cleansers & exfoliants into my eyes & over exfoliated my face. 9 hours later & my eyes have not stopped burning & my face feels raw & itchy. Was not asked if I had sensitive skin, problem areas, or was currently taking any medications or using retinol (which is typically asked any time I go for a facial elsewhere). The massage was interesting but really didn’t do anything for me. It almost felt like the girl doing my facial should’ve been giving the massage because she was fairly heavy handed & the woman giving the massage should’ve been doing my facial with how light of a touch she had. Initially we were split up so my boyfriend & I had the facial/massage first & my sisters had the Korean body scrub/sauna first. After my experience, I opted my boyfriend & myself out of the Korean body scrub while we were in the sauna. My sisters did everything & really had no complaints until a couple hours ago when they started to notice intense irritation on their faces from the facials. I’m really sad because I wanted to have a really relaxing experience & that’s just not what I received. I’m going to be giving them a call tomorrow because having spent over 1,000 I feel that we deserved a better experience.
Went in for korean scrub, Sauna, massage, facial, and Brazilian wax. First thing place was completely clean. Employees very welcoming. I had zongly for my services. The only reason why I give 2 stars is because the services given could have been better for prices that were being charged. My provider was very sweet and helpful. My only downfall in this whole thing is you can tell when someone is professionally trained in something. My Brazilian wax was not cleaned properly which I pointed out and she happily corrected it took 30 mins too long. I normally go to the refinery in mpls and its quick and affordable. My korean scrubbing was not worth it. something I normally do while I shower. My massage was definitely a self taught massage not drapped properly had my everything exposed while she was doing stretchies on me. FACIAL was good in the beginning then went downhill pretty fast. *I wish they would hire people that are trained in services provided, it would definitely fit location and price. It was still a very relaxing experience because one needed it and I still paid with tip because she worked hard. She just needed more experience or owner needs to find more staff specializing in that service. I hope this helps.
It was my first body massage and Woah I love it! I felt a new Woman haha, I forgot her name but she’s very attentive and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable at all. I loved it I’ll for sure come back!
DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible service, terrible and rude customer service. Went in as a group of 4 for a bundle of services and spent over 1,000 for everybody. That night everybodys face and eyes were burning and itching from the facial we called and tried to get a refund for just the facials. We sent photos of everybody's face for proof of the bad reaction, They fought with us and attacked us with rude comments to not get the refund that was just about 200 for the facials, even though we spent over 1000. The owner handed the phone to different employees to fight with us and to attack us personally. Will be contacting BBB. THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO GO. PAY THE EXTRA MONEY TO GO SOMEWHERE LEGITIMATE! IT WILL BE WORTH IT!!!

This was my first time doing a facial and wow, Vita Day Spa signature facial was amazing! Zongly really took care of me, she went through step by step what she would be doing and why. She also answered all my questions regarding how to take care of my skin better and the facial message was a big plus. It wasn’t too far from the Twin-Cities as well and well worth trying out. My face feels and looks great! Would definitely be going back.
