I was considering working at this establishment however a woman named "sue" was very rude during the interview and insulted me a minute in I left right away after I didn't even want to finish the interview. Do not work here December 03 2020

The manager here is great. She provides a personalized experience for all of her guests. I observed her stopping a guest from purchasing a bad combination of outfits because they clashed terribly. To me that shows true concern for her guests instead of pushing the sale.

I highly discourage anyone from shopping here or any of their other locations. A relative bought me a gift from here, but shopped for it very early. It was too small and when I tried to exchange it for something that fit, the staff was unfriendly and said that since it was past their 60 day return window, even though the item was unworn and with a receipt, they would not let me exchange it. I drove 2 hours just to exchange the item and they did not care. I called their customer service and they were also unhelpful. Shop somewhere else where they will take care of their customers!
