If I could, I’d give zero stars! My mom and I always shop at this location and have been loyal customers of WHBM for years and have never had an issue until recently. My mom bought me a dress and purchased the wrong size, when my mom went to return it the cashier told her she couldn’t return the item because it had been washed and the tag wasn’t were it was suppose to be. Which in fact had not been washed by us nor had it been moved. When my mom asked to speak to a manager the cashier lied to her and said there were no managers there today to go back another day. However, when I got there she told me there were two managers I could speak with. When I spoke with the manager (Mayra) she implied it was my moms fault for not noticing and purchasing a dress that was already washed!! Such a terrible experience. We will be shopping at other locations from now on.

As this is a chain store, I give this particular location a 1 star because of the customer service experience I had. The older woman who assisted me was incredibly rude during our encounter and more or less accused me of returning a dress I had worn (which was not the case - I ended up not needing it for the event I purchased it for) due to trace amounts of deodorant, which I assume are a normal, regular occurrence from people (including myself) trying on a darker colored dress, and can be easily removed. She told me the dress was not in salable condition and acted like she did me an enormous favor by 'making an exception' for me and allowing me to return the dress. I'm not a fan of sales associates who treat the customers nicely only if they are purchasing something. I will not return to this location. With that being said, I would highly recommend the downtown FW location over this one due to the stark contrast in customer service.

The customer service at this location was terrible. As I was shopping here the, an older sales lady was obscene and ignored me several times ask I was asking for help. After I had asked for help on at least three occasions finally, i was assisted by an associate who treated me as if I was not good enough to be in her store. After 30 minutes of enduring this, I politely walked out without making a purchase.This being said the selection of dress were great it just too bad the sales team either is taught to treat customers as if they are not good enough to wear their clothing or they are taught that it is acceptable behavior to treat a woman poorly if she enters in a pair of jeans. Either way treatment at this location was enough for me never to return.
