They were quick to respond and moved very fast, took direction well. After moving 3 corporate offices of 50 plus employees in my career that took weeks of pre planning and organizing, these guys kept up and worked fast, I literally saw their moving truck in a parking lot this morning and called them after my scheduled mover called and couldn't make it. 45 minutes after talking with John the owner a truck and 4 guys were in my office. 2 other companies gave me bids and said they could get to it Saturday or Monday. John and his team got it done today! Will definitely keep them on my list too call when I need movers in Wichita!

My experience with American movers was great. Everything was properly loaded & Welly transported. After having all my property moved into my new home I had a small complaint of not being able to contact certain pieces I needed to put my daughter's bed together. I called American movers to explain and with no hesitation they fixed to matter; took out personal time to come over and check into the matter just to see that what I thought was missing was attached to my daughters bed rails. I was so embarrassed but also grateful because They offered to put my daughter's bed together with a great attitude. I'd recommend American movers to anybody.
Reliable and completed job in timely fashion. Had scheduled a specific time on that day and although I was at work I had my brother stay at the house to oversee the furniture moving. Got a call that there was an opening earlier and that I could have my servi ce time moved to earlier. Missed that call since I was at work. Called back and gave the ok, and was told they’d head out. My brother told me that within 3 hours from them at return call they had not come. Called back to see if I was still being helped and was then told that they pushed it back because they couldn’t get ahold of me. After repeatedly saying that I was at work and that my brother was at home to allow them in. So not only did they not come earlier as they said but also they completely glossed over my scheduled time I held. And completed the task an hour and a half later than scheduled. Additionally, my brother was saying that in offering to help, the movers were cursing and saying that next time we shouldn’t have them move stuff so heavy. They wouldn’t wear masks during the service and also were visibly looking around the rooms they worked in and made us uncomfortable. Middle of the road on this review.
I would recommend this moving company to anyone. Especially the 3 guys that helped us. Ask for Devin, Jared and Zach, this guys were great. They moved our stuff w care, fast, n good comradery. They moved our stuff to a storage till our new house was ready. We liked them so much that we asked for those 3 guys again. N we got them! We couldn't ask for better service!!! Thank you guys!!!
Cody and Jean were wonderful! Hard working and super polite! John was also great to work with! Wonderful Experience! I’d highly recommend!
