To whom it concerns we picked up a car rental last weekend when we landed here in Wichita and we had wonderful customer service from one of your agents her name is Allison Clabough . She rented us a nice new Chevy Malibu and very happy with the rental. We were so happy with her services that will plan on making Enterprise our 1st choice for a car rental. I will definitely give you five stars.

When I arrived at the airport Enterprise, the staff was friendly and helpful. My reserved vehicle was unavailable, so she upgraded my car. I was grateful, but I didn't want a larger vehicle. She allowed me to wait for the next available car, which I was so happy to use during my 2-week rental. Returning the vehicle was so easy, and the gentleman who received it was kind, and made the return a breeze. I have used Enterprise for years now, and I don't even want to look for another rental company. The quality of service is exceptional, and I am always satisfied with my experiences.

The whole experience was great from pick up to drop off. The only change I would have made was, at the time of pick up maybe having more car details. Not being new car smart I wasn't aware of the safety feature that the car automatically slowed down while on cruiz control while following a car. At first it was startling I thought something was wrong with the car (I'm sure this gives some a great chuckle) but I truely was clueless until I pulled over and the car started to speed up. And another detail was where the gas tank release was. In older Toyota's it is on the floor. This one was under the dash. Again clueless after paying for gas. (I googled it) So even though I wasn't very car smart \u200d️ everything else was smooth and all agents I came in contact with from pick up to drop off was amazing... Maybe just a little \Hey are you aware of all the cars features? \ at pick up would be a little more of a personal touch! But I will absolutely use them again in the future!
