I would give Philip Weiser zero stars if I could. I went to him for bankruptcy and it was established that I couldn't file until April 2021 and I had given him 500 dollars. All we had done was a consultation, which he stated that would be free of charge. He states because of the work he has done on my case he will not give me my 500 dollars back. I would not recommend him to anyone. Beware of him he will steal your money and will defend himself in a lie. I just filed a complaint with the BBB and I am about to contact the Kansas Bar Association. This is really disappointing.
