I was so impressed with the great customer service from the beginning of the order process, to the last email response once my order was delivered. Bruce really worked with me to get what I needed and directed me to what was available during the pandemicto meet my timeline. This is the company to work with as you will get what you need and how you request it. I found Wicker Living, LLC on the internet when I was looking for replacement parts for my Lloyd Flanders outdoor furniture. The owner, Bruce, couldn't have been more helpful in getting me the information that I needed and talking me through the process of trying to do the needed repair. Honestly, I don't think I've ever dealt with a salesperson who was as responsive and committed to seeing that I got what I needed. I highly recommend gving this business YOUR business! Best prices around for Lloyd Flanders, in particular (and probably other things as well).
