Placed an order but then it was refunded the next day because the items were not actually in stock. Strange because I had multiple items. It was very frustrating but I received a call from the owner explaining the product ships direct from the supplier who didn't inform them the items were out of stock. Still frustrating but understandable and I appreciated the person involvement from the owner.

Great Customer Service! Fast Shipping! I ordered a Fiber Optic Star Ceiling kit for my child's room. I called because I did not really know what I needed. The person that answered the phone walked me through what I needed. They where VERY friendly and my order shipped the same day! Would recommend them to anyone.
