Highly recommend booking a zip line tour with this company! I visiting the area for the first time to celebrate my birthday with some camping and hiking during fall foliage. The weather was pretty much a bust - rain every day and night. However, rain did NOT stop the fun in the canopy. Our guides, Will and Richard were AWESOME. Great humor, technical skills and patience. They also had lots of fun and interesting knowledge about the nature surrounding us while we zipped through the canopy and made our way across swinging bridges. Very safe and accessible for any skill level. Go solo or with your family. Definitely go and have some fun!!

We took the first trip of the day 9:30am.I recommend that because we were able to witness the smoke (fog) on the river. Felicia was our whitewater rafting guide. She did an awesome job on the river! We had a great time, great conversation! We took a jeep tour with Wildwater on the next day and it was a great experience too!

Great trip, but be prepared to hang out for a while. I booked this trip, having been through a few different outfitters down the river. The booking was easy online, and the person on the phone was very helpful the 4 or so times I called to ask \OK but what if...\ The check in was super easy, and the wetsuit rental for our duckies was great. I opted for a non guided trip, and it was an awesome time. There were no worries at any point. I debated going 4 stars just because of the waiting though. We were told to be in at 11, but didn't get started with any sort of equipment or check-in until 12ish. We then had to ride the bus and wait for a train to drop off other people before going to the put in spot. Overall, we were occupied from about 11 to 3, with a 1.75 hour rafting trip in there. I think the service and the ease of the trip makes up for it, and if you've never been rafting I'm sure that time may have been filled with some useful info.

Brenna was such a fun guide. It was our first time whitewater rafting. We had such a great time that we went back and rented duckies. Bowen was our guide then and was just as fun. The river was beautiful and cold. We highly recommend Wildwater. It's not too touristy and everyone there was absolutely pleasant and helpful. Made some great memories there!

Great place to raft or zipline. You can also take a train, raft and rail, or take a jeep tour. Very friendly people. The bus driver is the coolest person there.
