Service is decent when it works. However, when something fails multiple calls are necessary just to get someone to try to fix it. For example: 1. Phone service was not working properly making the quality of the phone calls so bad that phone calls could not be understood. After support had been contacted and nothing had been done for a week we contacted them again. And then again. Finally had to call the sales rep and the problem was fixed the next morning. Took over two weeks for this problem to be fixed from when Wiline was first alerted to the problem. (Wiline's sales person told me they would give us a credit to help offset the this difficultly, that was two weeks ago and I still haven't been given this credit) 2. An outage occurred around noon on a Friday. After calling them, was told they were working on it and they would give me an eta. On Sunday morning I had still not received an ETA and upon calling tech support they said that no one was working on it yet. 3. We had an outage mid week last year that lasted multiple days. Never given an eta on it being fixed until it was almost done. I plan to discontinue my service with Wiline as soon as I can set up an alternative service

The worst customer service. Find a different service provider. My company needed to switch to a new service provider that has better analytics and no one from WiLine ever responded to emails or returned phone calls. We terminated our account six months ago and they are still trying to bill for \current\ services. WiLine miscalculated early termination costs and when presented with the true costs based on the contracts they did not respond. Then two months later they send another bill for both early termination and for six months of service that they didn't provide. Worst company ever!

We started using WiLine 2 months ago. Sadly our experience started on the wrong foot and has just gone downhill from there. When I signed the contract I specifically said that the one day of the week WiLine absolutely could not do the cut-over for phone service was on a Monday. Our business is 100% telephone based and Monday is the busiest day of the week. At 8:15 on a Monday morning all of our phones went down. 9 phone lines that are normally ringing off the hook with customers needing service... however to our astonishment all we had was silence. To my further delight because they didn't coordinate the cutover properly they were not even ready to activate our new service and there was much scrambling to get things up. This mistake was painful and cost us several thousand dollars in revenue. One would hope that it was a giant hiccup and everything going forward would be smooth with the promised 99.9% up time. Since switching over I do not think there has been any 24 hour period that has had 99.9% up time. We generally experience anywhere from 5 minutes to 1 hour of outages on phone and internet and often multiple times per day. Equally as joyous, intermittently telephone calls are so broken up that neither side of the conversation can understand what the other is saying so we have to jot down the caller ID and call the customer back from personal cell phones. This week we were told new equipment was installed and our problems are finally going to be resolved. Today our phones were down three times for 20 minutes to 40 minutes during each outage. Want peace and quiet in your office get WiLine, you won't have any phones ringing or internet to distract you. Want to service your customers and make money, I suggest looking elsewhere.

If I could give zero I would. Still have not been refunded for the serviced they failed to render and I have also been sent another outrageous bill, and nobody is responding to my repeated messages. Malicious billing practices.

I had other ISP's quoting me all kinds of crazy lead times to get fiber grade internet installed at my business. I decided to look at WiLine. Not only did they offer symmetrical internet phone for less than I was quoted elsewhere, they were able to have in installed in less than 2 weeks. Amazing company and better customer service.
