Jason and team were so nice! They fixed my computer for less then half of what others wanted and were so fast I had it back in less than 24 hours.
They took their time to get all our intricate projects right! Jason and Mike worked right to the end of our workday to ensure the new WiFi, complex closed circuit monitor casting, and new wiring all worked well and came back a few times to ensure no issues after the install! Highly recommended for computing and network help!
I bought components with the intentions of building a PC myself but due to time constraints, I did not have the time to assemble it. NEPA Geeks gladly took it and had it ready in one business day. They installed all the latest BIOS, newest drivers, and the cable management was greatly done. I wish I was able to do it myself but NEPA Geeks exceeded the standards I was hoping for. I will highly recommend them to everyone.
I've had them do a couple of repairs/service and they have always been professional and timely. I have also recently been on the phone twice with Sam regarding issues that I wasn't sure would be best solved by taking the device to a shop. Both times, Sam was patient, informed and helpful.
