I have wanted a purse from them for a while. For Christmas a year ago my husband got me one, spent a lot of money on it. The side stitching started to to come apart about four inches. I called and they said they didn't do repairs anymore. I asked what I could do and they said I could bring it in and if it was in excellent condition they might exchange it. The guy was not really interested in customer service and since I used it everyday and it had been over 8 months, I didn't even bother. I assumed if you spent that much money on an item they would be more interested in the quality and custom service. But at this point I didn't have the patience nor the time. So a friend of mine does leather work, so I asked her to fix it, which she did. This is where I am not happy. She informed me that while fixing my purse in the bottom corner in a crease is a label Made in Mexico. I was like what the hell. They advertise like they make their products. They buy their stuff then slap their label on it, then jack up they price.I was so disappointed. So lesson learned, poor customer service and not honest. Shame shame

I’ve been familiar with Will Leather as part of our community for several years, and had always longed to own one of their items. This past Christmas, my husband purchased a Ranier Bag for me - I was shocked and so excited! About a month ago, I discovered that - SOMEHOW - a packet of BBQ had ended up inside the bag and EXPLODED! I was mortified and unsure how to proceed with cleaning the unlined leather interior. I did the best I could, then dropped by their shop for advice. I dearly wish I knew the name of the young woman who helped me, a distraught and embarrassed wreck! She helped me clean in, and even sent me home with appropriate cleaner in case the first go-over wasn’t enough. I so appreciated that not only did she provide a solution when I feared there may not be one, but she didn’t even appear perturbed by the strange request. She was kind, helpful, and a life saver! I will never stop referring friends and family to Will - lifelong customer for sure.

They are expensive! And while I have yet to purchase anything from them... they are both a great place to stop in at and also worth their prices... because their merchandise is painstakingly artisan! Hand crafted with love! They are expensive... because they can be... and... they almost have to be! Their BoxCar location (sadly, I forgot to grab a pic) is also pretty cool/unique in its own right! Look for the big red BoxCar located at the Shops at 5th Avenue in beautiful Eugene, OR!

I have to say I’ve never been there. I saw the owner on the news. His mask was off his nose and by the time the interview was over his mask slid off his mouth. What’s wrong with people wearing their masks correctly??? Drives me crazy. I have no intention of going in his Establishment.

I love the quality and lifetime guarantee of their products. I also appreciate the range of styling. But the best feature of Will is their local philanthropy. I became a fan when they donated so many of their best backpacks and bags to kids going back to school via the Eugene Active 20-30. You can imagine how these kids in need were beaming carrying a Will backpack on their first day of school!
