I always shopped from Williams Sonoma online but going to the store is a whole different experience it was nice to see all the great products they sell and feel the quality of everything they sell, the staff was amazing and very helpful and knowledgeable about everything they sell.

I Called this location today which is Sunday to see what their hours were because online it states on Saturday’s they were open till 9:00pm. Based on that information posted with all their time schedule’s of operation, I drive down there to find out they were in fact closed. What a bummer and waste of gas. When I advised to the young lady who answered the phone what had happened and asked what the correct hours of operation of the store was she told me that the store closes at 6pm Sat and Sun. I kindly asked when would they be updating the website to let their customers know the correct hours of business out of courtesy to us. She stated we’ll get right on that and hung up on me!! Wow! No one deserves to be treated in that manner! I will no longer shop there due to the way this was handled by this rood employee.

Sales clerk very helpful. Knives I ordered not in stock; must wait 1 month for delivery. Coupon in case had expired 2 weeks earlier.
