Bought a Stihl battery trimmer here and am very happy with it. The staff stayed past closing time to get me taken care of. They were very helpful and even spent some time looking for an extra battery.

Drive an Hour and a half to pick up some paint and have them check on a couple of parts we needed. I happened to ask the parts person if they had a tip for Stihl backpack sprayer. The gentleman said that he didn’t even think they had sprayers… However I walked past them on the wall on the way to the parts counter… Interesting. It was obvious he did not want to help. I should’ve known what I was getting into when They didn’t want to look up an IH part number on a seal I had a week or so ago. Stay away...drive three hours if that’s what you need to do to get parts because this place is a disaster. Essential business… I think not!
