My son was in La Petite in another position of Williamsburg. He was always sick, from the day he started go to this childcare, and he carried diseases home, then our whole families became sick. I experienced cough I never experience before. This is a nightmare. I suggested the staff to reinforce procedures to ensure the safety and health of kids, but they were so ignorant of parents' concerns. I saw sick child stay in the same room as healthy children, and that child kept cough. Now even during COVID-19 pandemic, this childcare still opens. I don't know why, cauze everyone is suppose to stay at home, except doctors and nurses. Well, it indeed brings help to parents who don't want to take care of their children, and they don't stop making money. If you really care of the life of your kids, do not ever try this childcare. I changed to another school and immediately see the difference.

The new director At La Petite is extremely RUDE. I have been trying to get refunded money in my account that was over paid. Every time I called they we’re working on the refund and then they said the check was mailed. Now I was told I can’t get the money owed to me because it was last year. Every time it’s a new excuse. Beware.
My kid was going to this place since he was two years old he’s about to turn 4 year , Best professor ever miss viola , they changed the principal of the school , the new principal her name is Tiffany , only two weeks new and she was already calling me because She say’s That my kid is not safe in his class because he run out of his class to another class and he don’t listen and he have a really bad behavior , my surprise is that I never had the situation before is not like they’ve been telling me that my son have problems and I need to do something or I need him to pick you up , This was the first time and she did it they only three times that he went to the school that week , I want to be clear in my opinion my son was running out of the class because every time I drop him off or picking up he was in a different class , can you imagine you working and someone from the school calling you because they say your kid that he’s three years old is running out of his class and you have to picking up the kid is not sick , what a horrible situation I got my son out of there the same week because she call me the three days I have to pick up my kid , the last day she call me at 10 AM , and they’ll still charge you like if he was staying there 6 AM to 6 PM that’s ridiculous . And this happened three times she say the 4 tima that happen they going to give Him two days of suspension to my three years old like if he was a teenager . And after that she would’ve take my kids out of the school . She says she have 15 years of experience in this job my opinion she don’t like her job she may have the experience working but she don’t love what she’s doing how she’s going to love and take care and be sweet and patient whit your kids she wasn’t with mine . I started taking my now 8-months old to La Petite Academy when he was 2-months old and I absolutely love their services. They take excellent care of him and do not hesitate to call me if there is a problem. The Director is very caring and even calls if he is out sick. The staff is wonderful and their customer service skills are exemplary. They always greet you when you walk through the door and make you feel welcome. I highly recommend this center to anyone needing childcare.
My son has been going here since he was a newborn, and he will be turning 2 in just a few weeks. He really loves going to school and participating in all of the different activities with his friends. Great experience!
