Pleasantly surprised. I needed to get a COVID test, and being new to the area, I turned to Google. They fit the criteria for what I was looking for so I called to make an appointment. The person who answered the phone, Tina was pleasant and professional. I read the reviews after I made my appointment and wondered what I had gotten myself into. I arrived, called to check in for my 2:10 appointment and I was in the building by 2:30. Vitals taken and then the wait. What a surprise, a short 15 mins wait for the PA, Shawn Mitchell. He was professional, courteous and thorough. We went over my health history and he listened intently and patiently. He explained certain things about my asthma medication I wasn't aware of and explained the various COVID test. He elected to give me the complete one that tested for COVID, flu, SARS and RSV. Results back in 30 mins which were all NEGATIVE. He then turned his attention to my cough, runny nose and occasional shortness of breath. Diagnosed an Upper Respiratory Tract Infection, sent in prescriptions to address it, explained WHY he chose that course of action and I was done. Nurse did discharge and I was out by 4pm. Everyone wore masked, maintained the distancing protocol (when necessary), hand washing, gloves and hand sanitizer. I gave a 4 star review, because I was expecting drive up testing as stated on the website, but I got a lot more. I was very pleased from start to finish.

It's on of the fastest Urgent Cares in Williamsburg and conveniently located near Colonial Williamsburg. They are always friendly and fast! My only complaint is there are no kid size masks.

Staff was nice and the wait was quick. Dr. Diagnosed me accurately, tendonitis in my bicep. He do wish he gave me more information and a brace. Ended up purchasing a sling and brace on my own and had to google healing time. Overall, good experience.

Awesome staff... extremely knowledgeable! Went out of their way to make my son and I comfortable. The PA made us feel like we were her own family! We don’t even want to go back to our primary care.

This is not the place you want to go if you are having actual problems. The wait is outstandingly long and they are not very good at keeping you updated about the when you will be seen. My experience was very poor and recommend any other urgent cares around the area.
