After being away for a few days, I came home to my AC Vent leaking AGAIN!!! This time it got on my carpet... which happens at least once a year here. After Maintenance “fixed” the leak on a Sunday morning came this gentleman by the name of Theo who removed the padding, treated the area and left his fan for it dry. 2 days later he came and replaced the padding. He was very professional, kind and helpful when he helped me move everything. Great work Theo! I really appreciate it! I hope you guys show this to him! I would definitely recommend this company and I look forward to doing business with you guys in the future... under different circumstance lol Request Theo if you can!!!

Used Peerless for my Grandma and she loved the results. Jimmy with Peerless did a wonderful job, he was fast, efficient, and communicative about when he was coming. They stuck to their time line. I appreciated how they treated my Grandmother. No complaints. I attached before and after pics
Very professional well-qualified men did an excellent job quickly promptly and very politely!!! I had a flood the carpets were a mess and they fixed it right up took up padding and replace it with new padding left machines to let the floor dry and dehumidify very very nice workers and gentlemen!!
This company is AWESOME! The staff is wonderful and customer service was AWESOME and that's a HUGE PLUS for me. Great customer service makes up for any bad experience one can have though I didn't have one. Ms. Becky and Ms. Amy took care of me and everyone else that I talked but those two had the most pleasant attitudes. Truly a blessing to me during this move. Paid ahead of time and didn't have to be present for the cleaning. The pricing was just RIDICULOUS! The best out of everywhere I checked plus a discount for where I lived. I'm keeping them #1 when I need another cleaning at the new place. Thanks Peerless
Al Pulliam was our project manager however we never ended up using them to fix our water damage. He was very rude and wouldn’t give us exact numbers or explanations we asked for. He was very much against any changes we wanted to make, to make our house the way we wanted. The mitigation team and previous estimator were great. We were very disappointed that such a bad experience with Al made us choose not to use Peerless at all! Definitely bad for business. Would not recommend their construction services if Al Pulliam is involved.
