Please, read this and the other bad reviews. I wished I read them before blindly scheduling and appointment with them. My previous experiences at other Petco stores were good, unfortunately the treatment at this grooming department does not compare at all. The groomer did not understood the specific needs of my senior dog, which are very simple. A simple nice warm bath and paw/nail trim. Nothing else. It’s the same routine service we always get as long term Petco customers. 30 for a bath , sometimes between 10-12 additional for paw/ nail trim at most. As a senior dog she was forced to be groomed on the stainless steel table which for years has made her nervous. She does not need the grooming table, nor this was requested. The groomer expressed feeling very very uncomfortable performing her occupation, and complained about the dog being unstable on the grooming table. Really? Do they read the notes on the system? Finally, they charged for additional UNREQUESTED services. As a new customer in the area, I rather support a local shop and avoid this Petco franchise. Bad customer service and the manager stated the grooming department is a separate entity, although it is located inside the store
It is a great pet store for just about any pet. We have a rabbit and dog and the store has what we need for the animals. They offer grooming and training for animals. The staff always seems to be kind. We are frequent customers and will return.

The staff is ALWAYS kind and knowledgeable. Wonderful pets to choose from like tarantulas, beautiful guinea pigs, hermit crabs, lizards and cool frogs.
